Brad Nicol is a commercial photographer living in Denver, Colorado. After graduating, he decided to combine his love of photography with his passion for fly fishing. Angler Images is his creation.
Fishing since the age of 6, Brad has developed a love of nature and the sport of fishing. Having taken numerous trips with his father, Brad has fond memories of Striper fishing on the big lakes of Texas, saltwater trips, and chasing freshwater species in the beautiful waters across the U.S.
One of Brad’s biggest passions lies in the wild places of our country and the public lands that we are all owners of. Brad is an active member of Backcountry Hunters & Anglers and shares the vision of Backcountry Conservation:
“Our freedom to hunt and fish depends on habitat. While many of us enjoy hunting and fishing on a range of landscapes, including farm fields and reservoirs, there is something special – even magical – about hunting deep in the backcountry or fishing on a remote river.”
Shortly after completing his degree in commercial photography at the Brooks Institute of Photography, Brad and his wife moved to Denver, Colorado where they live with their three labs. Today he spends his time running an architectural photography business, chasing fish, and hunting game all over the American West.
